Everything was simply really good. Got a fresh made breakfast included. The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with a minibar, satellite television and climate control.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our room was ready even though we arrived late. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary drink voucher while waiting. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the Cotai strip at night. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

It was top-class and spotless hotel, exactly as described, with responsive staff and strategic location to Taipa centre. The atmosphere created was contemporary. Location: the venue was close enough to Venetian casinos, and Macau around 11:00am.

The views were unpleasant.

The hotel was what I really enjoyed during the trip. The breakfast offered a great selection of outstanding meals. It was a joy spending time in the brand-new room with double sized beds, the Venetian view and bathroom. The staff were top-class and made me feel welcome. The service was good and the pool was excellent.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious and clean rooms with full-length glass windows offered breathtaking views of the city at night. Secondly, the staff, including the housekeeping and concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location near the airport and the free shuttle service made it extremely convenient for me to explore the area without any hassle.

City of Dreams is a great place for business travelers as it offers excellent service and value for money. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail are exceptional. The rooms, with their Venetian view, are spacious and provide fantastic views. The free shuttle service to the airport is an added bonus.

The shuttle bus frequency can be improved to provide a more convenient transportation option for guests.

I had a great time at this hotel! the prices were reasonable and the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were polite and helpful, making me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the beautiful window view, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.

We had a great stay with amazing views of the city from our spacious and stylish room. The hotel staff was exceptional and very prompt in catering to our needs, especially the reception staff who went out of their way to ensure we were able to attend a show on time. The pool deck area was relaxing and inviting. We also enjoyed the hotel's location, as it was easy to get to other main casinos and restaurants in the area.

The only downside we can think of is that the House of Dancing Water show was a bit pricey. However, we still think this hotel is a great choice for families and friends.
